This kit features maple Keller Magnum shells with a 14x22” 7 ply kick, 9x13” and 16x16” 5 ply toms and a 5.5x14” 7 ply snare. It is fitted with Gretsch style lugs and 2.3mm double flange hoops. The toms have our bop edge, and the kick and snare have our vintage edge. The snare has a replica 3 point throw off and the bass drums and toms are completed with DW brackets and legs, including a rail consolette and shell mounted cymbal arm. The toms and snare have Remo Vintage Ambassador batter heads. The toms have coated Ambassador resonant heads, the snare has a Hazy Ambassador and Puresound Custom 20 snare wires. The kick has a coated Powerstroke 3 batter and Evans Smooth White Reso head with our Heron Logo. Serial nos. 1001 (BD), 1002 (RT), 1003 (FT), and 1004 (SD), this is the first kit made in our shop and is dedicated to the classic kits that inspired us in the first place. Punchy and responsive, this kit is at home supplying the beat to a variety of musical styles and looks good doing it.
